Alexandria Academy, in its admission, instruction and graduation policies, practices no discrimination on the basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, or ethnic origin.

Class enrollments are usually based on a student-teacher ratio of one teacher per 20 students. Classes begin each month.

A personal interview is required before starting school.

Financial aid is available to students who qualify. A payment plan requiring a down payment and a schedule of monthly payments can be tailored to the needs of the individual student. 

The Alexandria Academy admits as regular students:

• High school graduates
• Holders of high school graduation equivalency certificates
• Persons who are above the age (16 years) of compulsory school attendance in Louisiana, who have the ability to benefit from the training offered

All students must provide no later than 10 days following their enrollment the following:

• Student enrollment application
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 17 years of age
